T-Time

Dorothy Surrenders posted some pics of a few luscious lady celebs with some rather unique T's. Here are two of my favorite...not only because their Out & Proud Lesbians, but because their inspirational and true to their art. These are women I admire and would love to emulate in strength and conviction. Portia and Ellen make me soo proud--this is the Will & Jada of relationships. I absolutely adore them and hope their love will withstand the test of time. Leisha------Well, need I say more. You guys know how much she has my heart. T-shirts worn in the pics by our beauties are statements--One professing the love & happiness she has for her wife....the other proclaiming to the world who she is-A MUSICIAN....Now You Know!!!

P.S. I'm glad Ellen and Portia don't let the paparazzi get to them. Notice how they smile in these photos clearly taken by those camera wielding nuisances. I would have gone Kanye on them in a minute...but that's just me. :)

Hanging With Rose In SF

What a wonderful time I had in San Fran this weekend hanging with Rose Rollins and her crew. It was quite an auspicious event. The only downside to it was that we got lost trying to find our hotel, which we found out later that it was 8 minutes from the airport. We got there about 10:30pm and Rose hadn't arrived yet. The VIP line got us through rather quickly, and once we were inside...We made a B Line to the food and bar area and waited for Rose to arrive. VIP IS THE WAY TO GO!!! Rose showed up about 11:30pm and was instantly mobbed by her fans. Of course I had to get in on the action...I pushed my way to the front of the bar where she was standing--when I first got up there, she had just finished ordering drinks for her brothers, who are in the pics above. I introduced myself and asked her if she saw her birthday wishes on Greys Blog? After a pondering for a few moments--she said, with a surprised look on her face, that she remembered me. I stood there and spoke with her a bit about the Atlanta based magazine that I write for, and talked to her about doing a possible future interview with her after filming. She asked me if she could keep the magazines and of course it was no problem...I wanted her to have them. Long story short---We took pics, I met her brothers (who are absolutely ADORABLE!!!) and we had a great mini conversation. Kaye-I asked Rose when she was coming back to da ATL--she said she didn't know.
Rose is currently in Vancouver filming the last season of TLW. She's is beautiful on camera, but nothing compares to actually seeing her in person..what a lovely woman. After leaving Rose to her many adoring fans, I spotted Danny (Tila Tequila) chilling with some fanatics. I caught a cute photo opportunity with her; she was soo nice and sweet. The trip to SF was an experience I'll never forget---I met Leisha, and now Rose (My beloved Tasha & Alice)...It doesn't get any better than this.

Showing Some Pride!

It's that time of year again, where Gay Pride is in full force. Speedy is going to tell us about her experience at San Francisco Pride and meeting the lovely Rose Rollins. Uh Huh Her played at Toronto's Pride this week. Are any of you going to Pride this year? If so, tell us about it! BTW I am still trying to go to ATL Pride, but for all my 'ATL Homies' I do have to work, (boo) but please send photos and stories and I will post your experiences!
