I will try to get in touch with Leisha's camp to get a handle on this spinoff biz. From what I understand filming should have commenced. I don't know how many episodes their doing for the pilot, but I hope it's well received. I really want Leisha to continue with her acting career along with the music. This is a volatile industry and the key to success is to keep working an getting paid and enjoy what you do. But Leisha has never had a problem, she's always been a workaholic-so to speak. Although The L Word is ending, it's also an opening to a new beginning. More shows in lesbian drama will saturate the airwaves, and we must not forget the ladies who have paved this very difficult path. Kaye and I will try to keep the blog new and interesting and continue to follow the life and career of Miss Hailey. I'll be doing more interviews with Leisha as her career progresses; hopefully catching up with her in Europe. I'm working on that. Let's just keep showing the love for our girl as she continues to shine... :)

Well it looks like Leisha will set the stages for her spinoff in ole London, England. Right after the tour Leisha will be flying to Europe to film the pilot. I WANNA BE THERE TO SEE KATE AND MARLEE THROW THE MID FINGA AT EACH OTHER!!!! I've been doing some calling around to find out a date and location for the S6 premiere. But I need some help...I need you guys to call the Showtime execs and get a "RISE outta of em". I can understand the details for S6 is held under wraps, but not the premiere!! Have you guys heard anything?? :-/

Leisha has made it known on occasion that she sometimes works too much and too hard. You'd think that being away from home so much would leave little time for a home life, family, friends, or a relationship. But according to Hailey, it works for her---or does it? After many weeks or months away from each other, it seems Leisha and Nina play the reconnection game quite often. Sometimes relationships that require you to be away from your partner for extensive periods at a time, are the most vulnerable to fail. But there are success stories, quite a few actually. Leisha went through it with her previous relationship-except she was the one who was home more than kd....and she's been with Nina now for several years...and counting. But I did detect some sadness and longing when she talked about missing home. She has her moments...her voice a bit sullen. So you guys tell me...is it worth it? Is being what you are worth sacrificing being who you are?
